Arian Behzadi

Who might you ask is he? Well, he is the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) Designer for Quixey. Other than that I am not quite sure, but I like what he does. Very much indeed. See all of his work here.

Paris is always a good idea…

It’s been almost 3 whole months since I left the city of lights, after a blissful year soaking up as much French culture, French wine, French fancies & French wonders as humanely possible.

Often I would be walking down a street, and feel a warm glow around me, as if the city was embracing me. And with that I would plop down on a street bench, and just watch Paris go by: the way people moved, their subtleties as people interacted with each other, the ridiculous ‘bobo’ poodles snapping at each other, the romantics sipping an aperitif on the sidewalk, the young girl in wedges cycling effortlessly past a crazed taxi river (baguette bobbing in her basket), the old man openly scrutinising an American tourist in baggies and a baseball cap, the corner store with fruit and vegetables welcoming you in, and the barman in black & white pulling on a ciggie on his break.

Paris truly is a dream city.

Inside Chanel

Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel was a style visionary that inspired a feminine revolution.

She understood that scent wasn’t an add-on to an evening ensemble, or a last minute spritz before running out the door – it was, and still is, a ritual that reflects our ideals, how we see ourselves, and through the ages it has connected us back to that which represents elegance and romanticism – flora.

With this brand new luxury film and microsite dedicated to the Chanel trajectory, Chanel lets us travel back in time through it’s archives to the essence of this perfume, beginning with its creation.

For the first time it opens it’s doors and lets us peek eagerly at the pages that tell the story of Chanel Nº 5.
